The author investigates the Hyers-Ulam stability of a conditional Cauchy equation on the restricted domain \(U_d\). Here \(U_d\) is defined via an arbitrary countable and dense subset of \(\mathbb R^2\). Some results on the asymptotic behavior are also presented.
