The following ill-posed differential-operator Cauchy problem NEWLINE\[NEWLINEu^{\prime}(t) = \mathbf{A} u(t),\quad t\in[0,T],\quad u(0)=f, NEWLINE\]NEWLINE is addressed. Sufficient conditions for existence of an inverse operator to the convolution operator in \(L_p(\mathbb{R}),\) \(p \in (2, \infty)\), and sufficient conditions for density of the convolution operator range are obtained. These convolution operator properties are considered in applications to \(R\)-semigroups. The efficiency of the semigroup properties of the authors' regularized operators is demonstrated on the following Cauchy problem in \(L_p\) NEWLINE\[NEWLINE\frac{\partial}{\partial t} u_j(t,x) = \sum\limits_{k=1}^m p_{jk} \left( i\frac{\partial}{\partial x} u_k(t,x)\right),\quad j=\overline{1,m}.
