This paper deals with sheaves of \(N=2\) supersymmetric vertex algebras on Poisson manifolds. Let us recall that a sheaf of vertex algebras is naturally associated to any smooth manifold, that is the chiral de Rham complex. In this paper, the authors first recall some results about Poisson manifolds and sheaves. Then they introduce the notion of vertex algebra and of SUSY vertex algebra. They present a simple construction of a sheaf of \(N=2\) SUSY vertex algebras on an arbitrary Poisson manifold \(M\). They recover a result concerning the existence of two commuting \(N=2\) superconformal structures on the space of sections of the chiral de Rham complex of a Calabi-Yau manifold. Finally, the semi-classical limit of the sheaf of \(N=2\) vertex algebras is discussed and a relation to the Hamiltonian case is established.
