A result on the existence of solutions of a first-order differential inclusion in \(\mathbb R^d\), governed by a nonconvex sweeping process is proved: \[ \begin{aligned} &-\dot{u}(t)\in N_{C(t,u(t))}(u(t)+F(t,u(t))+G(t,u(t)), \text{for a.e.t } \in [0,t];\\ &u(t)\in C(t,u(t)) \forall t\in[0,T]; \\ &u(0)=u_0,\end{aligned} \] where \(N_{S}(\cdot )\) denotes the normal cone. The sets \(C(t,u(t))\) are uniformly \(\rho\) -prox-regular. \(F\) is closed, convex valued measurable on \([0,T]\) and upper semicontinuos on \(\mathbb R ^d\), and \(G\) satisfies a mixed continuity property. A series of other technical assumptions yield the result. A reduction to an unconstrained inclusion and Kakutani fixed point theorem are used in the proof.
