This paper studies the theory of weighted Hardy spaces associated to the discrete Laplace operators. The boundedness of singular integral operators on graphs including Riesz transforms, square functions, and spectral multipliers on the weighted Hardy spaces is treated. The weighted Hardy spaces associated to operators in terms of the discrete area functions and atomic decompositions are characterized.
