The work is related to a problem with aero dynamical background. Firstly, study a bifurcation problem near an \((m-1)\)-torus. They assert that an exponentially orbitally stable or dichotomic torus of certain forms persists and any lower dimensional torus can appear by proper perturbations, provided that the external frequency of the parameter satisfies some non-resonant conditions together with the inner ones from the original torus. Secondly, an example of chaotic attractors is presented in the larger scales. I think that is why it is called `Parametric Chaos'.
