In a previous paper [``Invariant measures and long-time behaviour for the Benjamin-Ono equation'', Int. Math. Res. Not. (2013; \url{doi:10.1093/imrn/rnt094})], the authors gave a proof of the invariance of some of the infinite sequence of weighted Gaussian measures associated with each conservation law of the Benjamin-Ono equation (as constructed in their paper [the authors, Ann. Sci. Éc. Norm. Supér. (4) 46, No. 2, 249--299 (2013; Zbl 1317.35208)]). In the present paper, they deal with a large part of the remaining conservation laws. The main novelty of this paper involves the use of random oscillations on each mode to get an orthogonality which allows a key asymptotic average property to be obtained. Partial results are also given for the measures associated with the two remaining conservation laws at lower regularity; it is anticipated that the proof of their invariance will be completed in a separate paper, the last in this series of papers.
