Given a homeomorphism \(g: X\rightarrow X\), of a compact metric space \(X\), one denotes by \(x\dashv y\) if for every \(\epsilon>0\) there exists a \(\epsilon\)-pseudo-orbit from \(x\) to \(y\). Inside the set of chain-recurrent points, it is possible to define the following equivalence relation: \[ x\sim y \Leftrightarrow x\dashv y, y\dashv x. \] Equivalence classes of this relation are called \textit{chain-recurrence classes}. A particularly important type of chain-recurrence class are \textit{quasi-attractors}. A \textit{quasi-repeller} is a quasi-attractor for \(g^{-1}.\) In this paper, the author restricts to the case of \(C^{1}\)-diffeomorphisms of \(\mathbb{T}^{3}\). For a diffeomorphism \(f: \mathbb{T}^{3}\rightarrow \mathbb{T}^{3}\) one can define a matrix \(A_{f}\in\mathrm{GL}(3,\mathbb{Z})\) given by the way the map \(\tilde{f}(\cdot)-\tilde{f}(0)\) acts on \(\mathbb{Z}^{3}\), where \(\tilde{f}\) denotes any lift of \(f\) to \(\mathbb{R}^{3}\). A diffeomorphism \(f: \mathbb{T}^{3}\rightarrow \mathbb{T}^{3}\) will be said to be isotopic to Anosov if the matrix \(A_{f}\) has no eigenvalue of absolute value equal to one. The main result is that every partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism of \(\mathbb{T}^{3}\) isotopic to Anosov has a unique quasi-attractor and a unique quasi-repeller. Moreover, the authors study the entropy of the diffeomorphism restricted to this quasi-attractor and give the corresponding result in the addendum.
