The purpose of this paper is to classify two-dimensional normal weighted homogeneous hypersurface \(R=k[x,y,z]/(f)\) with given \(a\)-invariant \(a(R)\leq 6\). In fact, the author provides the list of all the possible weights for given \(a(R)\leq 6\) and the \(\mathbb Q\)-divisor \(D\) on \(X=\mathrm{Proj} (R)\) of the Dolgachev-Pinkham-Demazure construction \(R=R(X,D)\). From these data, we can easily see the resolution graph of the singularity of \(\mathrm{Spec} (R)\). The author also proved that for given positive integer \(\alpha\), the number of weights of two-dimensional normal weighted homogeneous hypersurface \(R\) with \(a(R)=\alpha\) is finite. The first section of the paper summarizes fundamental results on the expression \(R(X,D)\), weights and the \(a\)-invariant.
