The authors study blow-ups of hyperplane arrangements and define certain of their natural stratifications. The Aomoto complexes of logarithmic Orlik-Solomon forms on such blow-ups lead to double complexes with one differential induced by the de Rham differential and the other one being the residue. The authors show that the residue differential gives rise to Bernstein-Gelfand-Gelfand type resolutions. The author consider in more detail the case \({\mathfrak {g = sl}}_2\) and show that in this case the double complex calculates the intersection cohomology of the corresponding local system.
