The authors consider by a unified manner the notions of pseudo-Kähler and para-Kähler geometries and the notions of pseudo-quaternion and para-quaternion Kähler geometries -- they can be treated together using the definition of \(\epsilon\)-Kähler geometry and \(\epsilon\)-quaternion Kähler geometry respectively. Let \((M, g)\) be a pseudo-Riemannian manifold, and let \(\epsilon = \pm 1\). An almost \(\epsilon\)-Hermitian structure on \((M, g)\) is a smooth section \(J\) of \(\mathrm{so}(T(M))\) such that \(J^2 = \epsilon\). And such \((M, g)\) is called \(\epsilon\)-Kähler if it admits a parallel almost \(\epsilon\)-Hermitian structure with respect to the Levi-Civita connection. The pointwise algebraic classification of homogeneous \(\epsilon\)-Kähler and \(\epsilon\)-quaternion Kähler structures are investigated. Then, the authors restrict their attention to the class of non-degenerate homogeneous \(\epsilon\)-Kähler and \(\epsilon\)-quaternion Kähler structures of linear type. A homogeneous \(\epsilon\)-Kähler structure is called of linear type if it belongs pointwise to some special submodule. It is proved that these structures characterize spaces of constant holomorphic, para-holomorphic, quaternion and para-quaternion sectional curvature. Then, the associated homogeneous models are computed, showing that they are usually geodesically incomplete.
