The paper deals with the 3D compressible Euler equations in a domain with a moving physical vacuum boundary. It represents a free boundary problem where the \(\gamma\)-gas law of state for \(\gamma = 2\) is used and the general initial density is \(\varrho_{0} \in H^{5}\). The author gives a rigorous proof of a new mixed space-time interpolation inequality under the framework of Lebesgue spaces which will play an essential role in the energy estimates rather than the framework of Lebesgue spaces for time but Sobolev spaces for spatial variables in bounded domain. Therefore, he is able to obtain some extra estimates of space-time derivatives of \(v(t)\) in \(L^{3}(\Omega)\). The paper is very comprehensive. All necessary estimates are derived or proved in full detail. The author applied the usual tools like transition to Lagrangian coordinates or Sobolev embedding theorems. The bibliography contains 21 items.
