A Del Pezzo threefold \(F\) of degree \(7\) is obtained from the blow up \(\sigma\) of the projective space \(\mathbb P^3\) at a point \(P\). The projection from \(P\) determines a map \(\pi:X\to\mathbb P^2\), which presents \(X\) as a projective bundle over the plane. \(X\) can be embedded in \(\mathbb P^8\), via the linear system \(h\) of quadrics through \(P\). The authors study the existence and the structure of arithmetically Cohen-Macaulay rank \(2\) bundles \(E\) on \(F\). They base their description on the geometric invariants of \(0\)-loci of general sections of \(E\). To do that, the authors fix a twist of \(E\) in such a way that \(h^0E>h^0E(-h)=0\), i.e. they assume that \(E\) is \textit{initialized} with respect to \(h\). In this setting, it turns out that \(E\) fits in a list of \(6\) possible types. In all the cases, except one, \(E\) is the pull-back in either \(\sigma\) or \(\pi\) of a vector bundle over a projective space. For all the types in the list, the authors determine the (semi)stability and describe the moduli spaces, in the stable cases. As a result of the analysis, it turns out that \(F\) has Ulrich bundles: indeed the authors prove that \(F\) has Ulrich-wild representation type, i.e. \(F\) supports families of Ulrich bundles of arbitrary large dimension.
