This paper proves the crepant resolution conjecture for Donaldson-Thomas invariants of toric Calabi-Yau 3-orbifolds with transverse A-singularities, i.e. with cyclic isotropy supported on disjoint torus-fixed lines. The proof is combinatorial in nature and is based on recovering Donaldson-Thomas invariants from the orbifold topological vertex (which is a generating function of colored partition functions associated with each torus-fixed point) via an explicit gluing algorithm.
