On the ground of several examples the authors formulate the following two conjectures: The apparent singularities of any Fuchsian equation with polynomial coefficients can be generated by differentiating a Fuchsian equation with polynomial coefficients that does not have apparent singular points. And inversly, integrating a Fuchsian equation with polynomial coefficients having apparent singularities, one obtains a Fuchsian equation again with polynomial coefficients, whose set of singularities does not contain apparent singular points. The authors also consider a model in polymer physics.
