The authors provide a matrix model for Chern-Simons partition functions on Seifert spaces as well as the corresponding spectral curves and fundamental normalized bi-differential forms. This allows the computation of the topological recursion that recovers the \(\frac{1}{N}\) expansion of the theory. The main result is to provide explicit RHP characterizing the spectral curves and a sufficiently precise resolution of it so that computations of the spectral curve can be carried out. A specific section is also dedicated to check numerically the large \(N\) expansions proposed in the article. Though the article only covers restricted cases of the Chern-Simons, it provides interesting results for knot theory and HOMFLY polynomials that are detailed by the authors. Even if the paper is rather long and technical since it presents many examples and their related computations, the structure and outline of the article makes it easier for readers to find the corresponding sections dealing with their motivations.
