Second-order optimality conditions for a semilinear elliptic optimal control problem with mixed pointwise constraints (Q526394)

The present paper is dedicated to studying second-order optimality conditions for a semilinear elliptic optimal control problem with mixed pointwise constraints. In some cases it is shown that under a common critical cone both necessary and sufficient second-order optimality conditions for the mentioned problem are valid, by reducing the problem to an optimization one with a polyhedric constraint set and employing some techniques belonging to variational analysis and semilinear elliptic equations, respectively. An appendix dedicated to a -- quite difficult to prove -- technical result closes the paper.
