In this paper, the authors establish the sharp conditions for the inclusion relations between Besov spaces \(B_{pq}^0\) and Wiener amalgam spaces \(W_{pq}^s\) as follows Theorem 1. Let \(0 < p,\;q \leq \infty, \;s \in \mathbb{R}\). Then {\parindent=6mm \begin{itemize}\item[(a)] \(W_{pq}^s \subset B_{pq}^0\) if and only if \(s \geq \alpha(p,q)\) with strict inequality when \(1/p < 1/q\). \item[(b)] \(B_{pq}^0 \subset W_{pq}^s\) if and only if \(s \leq \beta(p,q)\) with strict inequality when \(1/p > 1/q\). \end{itemize}} where \[ \alpha(p,q)=\max\{ 0, n(1-1/p-1/q),n(1/2-1/q) \}, \] \[ \beta(p,q)=\min\{ 0, n(1-1/p-1/q),n(1/2-1/q) \}. \] They also obtain the optimal inclusion relations between local Hardy spaces \(h^p\) and Wiener amalgam spaces \(W_{pq}^s\) as follows Theorem 2. Let \(0 < p < \infty,\;0 < q \leq \infty, \;s \in \mathbb{R}\). Then {\parindent=6mm \begin{itemize}\item[(a)] \(W_{pq}^s \subset h^p\) if and only if \(s \geq \alpha(p,q)\) with strict inequality when \(1/q < \min(1/q, 1/2)\). \item[(b)] \(h^p \subset W_{pq}^s\) if and only if \(s \leq \beta(p,q)\) with strict inequality when \(1/q > \max(1/p, 1/2)\). \end{itemize}} where \[ \alpha(p,q)=\max\{ 0, n(1-1/p-1/q),n(1/2-1/q) \}, \] \[ \beta(p,q)=\min\{ 0, n(1-1/p-1/q),n(1/2-1/q) \}. \] In addition, they establish some mild characterizations of inclusion relations between Triebel-Lizorkin spaces and Wiener amalgam spaces.
