Let \(A^3\) denote the real affine 3-space and \(\overline{\nabla}\) the canonical flat connection. An immersion \(x:M^2 \rightarrow {A}^{3}\) of a simply connected 2-dimensional manifold is called a relative surface if there is a transversal vector field \(y\) such that \(\overline{\nabla}_py\) is the image in \(dx(T_pM)\). The field \(y\) is called a relative normalization and the geometrical object under consideration is a pair \((x, y)\). The present paper gives two interesting complete classifications. The first one characterizes relative surfaces with isoparametric relative shape operator \(S\) (that means the coefficients of the characteristic polynomial of \(S\) are constant) and projectively flat induced connection. Secondly, the author assumes relative Chebyshev surfaces with constant terms in the relative theorema egregium. In both characterizations there appear special classes of ruled surfaces, too.
