The paper studies convolution operators on euclidean space, with the convolution kernel \(K(x,y)\) being of Calderón-Zygmund type, with particular emphasis on the Hörmander condition \[ \sup_{x,x'} \int_{|x-y|\geq 2 |x-x'|} |K(x,y)-K(x',y)|+ |K(y,x)-K(y,x')|~dy < \infty~. \] Previous work of the author has established that this condition is sufficient to ensure boundedness on the Triebel-Lizorkin spaces \(\dot{F}_p^{0,q}\), for \(1< p,q < \infty\) or \(1 = p \leq q \leq 2\). The case \(p=1,q>2\) remained open. In this paper, the author proves a related result, where the Hörmander condition is replaced by a similar condition. Boundedness of the convolution operator \(T\) associated to \(K\) on \(\dot{F}_{1}^{0,q}\), with \(2 < q < \infty\), is then established by proving boundedness of \(T\) on molecules, using orthonormal wavelets.
