It is a technical paper dealing with the construction of a measure starting with a suitable nonnegative function defined on suitable systems of subsets. In the final step of the construction some earlier results of the author [Real analysis. Theory of measure and integration. 2nd revised ed. Hackensack, NJ: World Scientific (2006; Zbl 1098.28002)] are used.
