On Nikol'skii-type inequalities with new characteristics (Q542320)

From the text: By using the characteristic \(d(z,{1\over n})\) to obtain Nikol'skii-type estimates on curves in the complex plane, the author was unable to extend these estimate to any rectifiable Jordan curves \(\Gamma\). Before defining new characteristics and obtaining the corresponding estimates, he introduces notation and recalls known facts, which make it possible compare the results obtained in this paper with previous results.
