The multi-dimensional unipolar hydrodynamic model for semiconductors in the form of Euler-Poisson equations is considered. Based on the results obtained in the first part [\textit{F. Huang, M. Mei, Y. Wang} and \textit{H. Yu}, SIAM J. Math. Anal. 43, No.~1, 411--429 (2011; Zbl 1227.35063)] for the 1D case, the stability of planar stationary waves in the multi-dimensional case is shown. Utilizing the energy method, the authors obtain first the global existence of the solutions of multi-dimensional Euler-Poisson equations for the unipolar hydrodynamic model, and then prove that the solutions converge to the planar stationary waves time-exponentially.
