The authors improve the result of Thas by showing that the smallest cardinality of a set of points of \(H(2n,q^2)\) meeting all generators of \(H(2n,q^2)\) is \(q^{2n-2}(q^3+1)\). And also it is shown that, up to isomorphism, there is only one example of this size, and this consists of the points of a cone \(S_{n-2}H(2,q^2)\) that do not lie in the vertex \(S_{n-2}\) of the cone.
