Perturbation bounds for subspaces associated with periodic eigenproblems (Q558395)

The multivariate eigenproblem with \(A_j\) and \(B_j\) being \(n \times n\) complex matrices is considered. It is assumed that the periodic matrix pairs \(\{ (A_j, B_j) \}^{K}_{j=1}\) with the period \(K > 1\) are regular. The periodic eigenproblem arises in the area of periodic control systems. Here, perturbation bounds for individual subspaces of simple periodic deflating subspaces are derived using an individual condition number for each subspace.
