Let \(\rho_\alpha (\alpha,\varepsilon,Q)\) denote the spectral measure of the differential expression \(-y''(x)+\varepsilon Q(x)y(x)\) with the boundary condition \(y(0)\cos \alpha+y'(0) \sin\alpha=0\), \(\tan\alpha>0\). The authors study the behaviour of the derivative of the spectral measure on the entire real line for special potential \(Q(x)=-x\). It is proved that \(\rho_\alpha' (\lambda, \varepsilon)\) weakly converges to \(\rho_\alpha' (\lambda,0)\) for negative \(\lambda\) as \(\varepsilon\to+ 0:(Q=-x)\). The analysis is based on Titchmarsh's representation of the Weyl-Titchmarsh function \(m(\lambda,\varepsilon)\) for the operator \((\varepsilon>0)\). Further, the solution to the equation \(-y''-\varepsilon xy=\lambda Y\) with the initial conditions \(\varphi(0, \lambda, \varepsilon) =\sin\alpha\) and \(\varphi'(0,\lambda, \varepsilon)= -\cos\alpha\) is expressed in terms of the Airy functions.
