Estimating Siegel modular forms of genus 2 using Jacobi forms (Q5930690)

In this interesting paper, the author gives a new proof of Igusa's theorem on the structure of the ring of Siegel modular forms of genus 2. The key point of the proof is the estimation of the dimension of Jacobi forms appearing in the Fourier-Jacobi expansion of Siegel modular forms. It is expected that this method can be applied to other cases as well, for example, Hermitian modular forms, and so on.
