The author continues and generalizes isoperimetric problems for extremal polygons with respect to a given lattice posed by \textit{Á. G. Horváth} [Period. Math. Hung. 34, 83--92 (1997; Zbl 0880.52012)]. The main result is the following theorem: There are 13 plane crystallographic groups, where the fundamental domain, having minimal perimeter, is unique. For the groups pg, cm, pmg and pgg there are two possible planigon types which serve the minimal perimeter according to the affine parameters. Another theorem answers the easier question about the plane crystallographic groups for which, changing the affine parameters, the perimeter of the optimal planigon varies. The results are completely listed in two tables.
