The present paper deals with the fixed-point theorems for multifunctions in S-KKM class. Some Leray-Schauder-type fixed-point theorems for \(\phi\)-condensing, closed multifunctions in S-KKM class are also established. As applications, quasi-equilibrium theorems are deduced.
