Around polygons in \(\mathbb R^3\) and \(S^3\) (Q5940401)

The authors prove that certain moduli spaces carry interesting geometric structures (symplectic and complex structures), and in addition, all of them can be identified. Furthermore, in the cases of complex structures, these identifications are in fact biholomorphisms. Some of these moduli spaces are: the moduli spaces of polygons in \(\mathbb{R}^3\) and \(S^3\), the moduli space of restricted representations of the fundamental group of a punctured 2-sphere, the moduli space of flat connections on a punctured sphere, the moduli space of parabolic bundles on a sphere, the moduli space of weighted points on \(\mathbb{C} P^1\) and the symplectic quotient of \(SO(3)\) acting diagonally on the product manifold \((S^2)^n\). The present paper completes some preliminary work done by the authors.
