On FRT-Clifford algebras (Q5947322)

Certain aspects of FRT-Clifford algebras are considered. In particular, by use of these algebras the authors construct spinor representations of \(U_{q^2}({\mathcal SO}(N))\). These representations are realized on the canonical left ideal of the FRT-Clifford algebra \(Cl_{q^2}(N,c^2)\). It is proved that this algebra has a representation over the quantum exterior algebra \(\Lambda(O^N_{q^2})\) and that it is a semisimple algebra. Also certain minimal left and right ideals are considered. Moreover, an algebra mapping \(\pi:U_{q^2}({\mathcal SO}(N))\rightarrow Cl_{q^2}(N,c^2)\) is given and shown that the vector space of generators of \(Cl_{q^2}(N,c^2)\) is invariant with respect to the adjoint action of the image of \(\pi\).
