In this article, which is the continuation of another article [the author and \textit{Yu. N. Bibikov}, Differ. Equ. 36, No. 1, 30-38 (2000); translation from Differ. Uravn. 36, No. 1, 26-32 (2000; Zbl 0989.34030)], the author proves that for the considered highly degenerate bifurcation equations a bifurcation of one or two one-parameter families of two-dimensional tori occurs under certain conditions on the parameters.
