Let \(M\) be an \(n\)-dimensional connected complete Riemannian manifold with nonnegative Ricci curvature, \(\nabla\) be its gradient operator and \(\{P_t\}_{t>0}\) be its Poisson semigroup. The author proves that if \(u\) is harmonic on \(M\times (0,\infty)\) and if \(t\left(|\nabla u(x,t)|^2+|\partial_t u(x,t)|^2\right) d\mu(x) dt\) is a Carleson measure, then there is a function \(f\in \text{ BMO}(M)\) such that \(u=P_t(f)\).
