New constructions of non-adaptive and error-tolerance pooling designs (Q5957704)

Two new classes of non-adaptive pooling designs are proposed. The first one has good performance when the number of positive \(d\) is small compared to the number of items, can detect up to \(d\)'s errors and can correct up to \([d/2]\) errors. The second class is a \(q\)-analogue of a known construction.
