It was shown in \textit{A. Rudakov}'s paper in [Math. USSR, Izv. 8, 836--866 (1974); translation from Izv. Akad. Nauk SSSR, Ser. Mat. 38, 835--866 (1974; Zbl 0322.17004)], that all degenerate irreducible continuous modules over the Lie algebra \(W_n\) of all formal vector fields occur as kernels and cokernels of the differential of the \(\mathbb Z_+\)-graded de Rham complex of all formal differential forms. The aim of the present paper is to obtain a similar representation for the exceptional infinite-dimensional Lie superalgebra \(E(3,6)\). Four \(\mathbb Z_+\)-graded complexes with an action of \(E(3,6)\) and with certain connecting morphisms between them are constructed. All images and cokernels and all but three kernels of differentials are irreducible. All degenerate irreducible \(E(3,6)\)-modules occur among them. It is shown that the irreducibility is related to the non-triviality of homology of these complexes. The authors calculate homologies of these complexes. They also calculate characters and sizes of all degenerate irreducible \(E(3,6)\)-modules. For Parts I and III, see Transform. Groups 7, No. 1, 67--86 (2002; Zbl 0997.17005); J. Algebra Appl. 4, No. 1, 15--57 (2004; Zbl 1063.17004).
