The author considers the class of finite-dimensional local Lie groups which contains, in particular, the group of diffeomorphisms with compact support of finite-dimensional space. The author introduces an analogue of the exponential mapping and ``canonical'' coordinates and formulates an analogue of the second Lie theorem [see \textit{H.~Omori, Y.~Maeda, A.~Yoshioka} and \textit{O.~Kobayashi}, Tokyo J. Math. 5, 365-398 (1982; Zbl 0515.58004)].
