      Let \(\mathbb Z_{\mathbb I}\) and \(\mathbb Z_{\mathbb K}\) be the rings of integers in the fields \({\mathbb I}\) and \({\mathbb K}\). The author considers the function \[ \psi(z) = 1 + \sum_{n=1}^\infty \frac{z^n}{a^{(s+1)n} n! [\lambda_1+1,n]\cdots[\lambda_s+1,n]},\quad [\lambda+1,n] = (\lambda+1)\cdots(\lambda+n),\tag{1} \] where \(a\), \(a\lambda_j\in{\mathbb Z}_{\mathbb I}\), \(\lambda_j\neq -1,-2,\dots\). The main result of the paper is as follows. Let \(0\neq b\in {\mathbb Z}_{\mathbb I}\), \({\mathbb K}\) be an algebraic number field obtained by adding to the field \({\mathbb I}\) some root of unity \(\varepsilon\), \(R\) be a linear form of the values of function (1) and its derivatives \[ \begin{gathered} R = \sum\limits_{k=0}^s h_k\psi^{(k)} \bigg(\frac{\varepsilon}{b}\bigg),\quad h_k\in{\mathbb Z}_{\mathbb K},\quad \max\limits_{k} \|h_k\|= H>3,\\ \quad \Phi(x) = x^{-s}(\log x)^{-s(1-\Delta)}(\log\log x)^{s(r-\Delta)}. \end{gathered} \] Then there exists an infinite set of forms \(R\) such that~\(|R|<C_1\Phi(H)\); for every form \(R\) the inequality \(\|R\|>C_2\Phi(H) \) is true, where the positive constants \(C_1\) and \(C_2\) do not depend on~\(H\).
