Let \(\Omega\) denote a bounded, strictly convex, smooth domain in \(\mathbb{R}^n\). The author considers the problem \(\text{det}(\partial_{ij}u(x))=f(x,u(x))\) on \(\Omega\), \(u(x)\rightarrow\infty\) as \(x\rightarrow\partial\Omega\), where \(\partial_{ij}u(x)\) denotes the Hessian of \(u\). Under some conditions on \(f\), he proves the existence and the uniqueness of a strictly convex solution of this problem. He also obtains blow-up estimates of the solution \(u(x)\) as \(x\) \(\rightarrow\) \(\partial \Omega\).
