Let \(\Omega\) be an open set of \(\mathbb C^n\) and let \(\beta=dd^c|z|^2\). Building on technics going back to Demailly, the authors establish in the first part of the paper that the complex Hessian operator \(dd^cu_1\wedge\dots\wedge dd^cu_k\wedge\beta^{n-k}\) is well defined for \(m\)-subharmonic (\(m\)-sh) functions \(u_1,\dots,u_k\) such that the intersection of their unbounded locus satisfies a suitable Hausdorff condition. Moreover, it was proved that such an operator is continous on monotonically decreasing sequences of \(m\)-sh functions. In the second part, a Lelong-Jensen formula for the class of \(m\)-sh functions is proved. These results are due to Demailly in the complex case, i.e., \(m=n\). The definition of the Lelong number of an \(m\)-sh function given in Proposition 1 requires in my opinion the additional condition that \(u\) must be not an \((m+1)\)-sh function. Finally, the authors prove an inequality for the mixed Hessian operator.
