This paper deals with the study of a limiting form of the Ginzburg-Landau model for superconductors in the three-dimensional case and for large values of the Ginzburg-Landau parameter. The author is interested in the study of a semilinear system described by the curl operator in a bounded and convex domain. The main results establish the existence and \(L^\infty\) estimates for the weak solution of the system. These results enable the author to establish a lower bound of the strength of the applied field such that the superconducting state is locally stable. The proofs combine elliptic estimates with minimization techniques and energy estimates.
