This work considers the Fokker-Planck equation with the special non-linear term \(\partial_x(\phi(\psi)\psi)\) on a torus \(T^n\). Here \(\psi\) is the probability density and \(\phi(\psi)\) provides the mentioned non-local non-linearity because it is defined as an integral of \(\partial_x V(\mathbf{x})\psi(\mathbf{x})\) over \(T^{-1}\), where \(V\) denotes the potential energy. The authors provide a consequent series of approaches, proving an existence of mild, \(L^p\) and, finally, classical solutions for the stated problem.
