In this paper, the notion of a constructible function is defined and its properties that are needed are listed. Definitions of some needed notions are given. For the proof the main results of this paper, some auxiliary lemmas are given. A method of proof of Theorem 1.2, which is the main result of this work, is provided. The obtained results are interesting.
