This paper investigates a variant of the method of Hamiltonian reduction applied to certain master integrable systems defined on certain doubles of compact Lie groups. The author begins with a compact, connected and simply connected Lie group \(G\) whose Lie algebra \(\mathcal{G}\) is simple. The three doubles of interest here are: the cotangent bundle \(T^*G\), viewed as \(G \times \mathcal{G}\); the Heisenberg double \(G \times B\) (obtained by combining the multiplicative Poisson structures on \(G\) and its dual Poisson-Lie group \(B\) into a symplectic structure); and the internally-fused quasi-Poisson double \(G \times G\) (related to the moduli space of flat \(G\)-connections on the punctured torus). In each of these spaces there is a pair of degenerate integrable systems; reductions of these to integrable many-body models and their spin extensions have been described before (see, e.g., the work of the author in [Nucl. Phys., B 949, Article ID 114807, 26 p. (2019; Zbl 0947.68543)]). The goal here is to describe, for all three cases, a very general approach to reduction of these master integrable systems. In each case the author derives explicit formulas for the reduced Poisson structure and equations of motion, and points out that they are associated with well-known classical dynamical systems.
