This paper studies dynamics of a reaction-advection-diffusion model for cholera transmission with human behavior change. A new reaction-advection-diffusion cholera model is developed which incorporates seasonality and human behavior change. The paper considers the factors of the convective problem of \textit{Vibrio cholerae} transmission in water and human behavior change on cholera transmission. It considers the factors of two infectious \textit{Vibrio} species (hyperinfectious \(Vibrios\) and hypoinfectious \textit{Vibrios}), which leads to two equations with the advection term. Moreover, the paper establishes the global stability for the critical case. Some numerical examples are provided to illustrate the theoretical prediction.
