A Tychonoff space \(X\) is called an EM-space if every bounded continuous function on a cozero set has a continuous extension on a dense cozero set. This article is the continuation of [\textit{E. Abuosba} and \textit{I. Atassi}, Commun. Korean Math. Soc. 37, No. 1, 17--29 (2022; Zbl 1482.13004)]. Here the author introduces the `property I' and utilizes it. The author shows that if a space \(X\) has property I, then \(X\) is an EM-space if and only if it is a cozero complemented space if and only if it is a weakly cozero complemented space. The author establishes that if there exists a continuous z-open function from an EM-space \(X\) onto a Tychonoff space \(Y\), then \(Y\) is also an EM-space. It is shown that a dense, \(C^*\)-embedded subspace of a space \(X\) is an EM-space if and only if \(X\) is an EM-space. In the last section the author proposes several results relevant to the product of EM-spaces.
