This paper study the well-posedness and stability of a Kuramoto-Sivashinsky-Korteweg-de Vries equation with a positive parameter \(\nu\). The corresponding boundary conditions are that one end is fixed and the other with a specific time-delay effect. At first, the Galerkin method together with the multiplier technique is used to prove the well-posedness of the equation with small initial values. And then the exponential stability is proven under some constrains on system parameters \(\nu\) and length \(\ell\). In particular, as \(\nu\) tends to zero, the stability of Korteweg-de Vries equations with corresponding boundary conditions is retrieved, that can be redarded as a singular limit of the Kuramoto-Sivashinsky equation with delay.
