Homotopical algebra from cotorsion pairs in extriangulated categories (Q6070275)

In this paper, the authors explore various aspects of model category structures stemming from cotorsion pairs on extriangulated categories. This includes Becker's localization/recollement of model structures (see [\textit{H. Becker}, Adv. Math. 254, 187--232 (2014; Zbl 1348.16009)]) and Sarazola's Waldhausen category structure (see [\textit{M. Sarazola}, J. Pure Appl. Algebra 224, No. 11, Article ID 106399, 28 p. (2020; Zbl 1453.19004)]). Towards the conclusion, they also discuss a generalized version of their previous result (see [\textit{X. Yu}, Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 148, No. 9, 3699--3704 (2020; Zbl 1452.18016)]), showcasing how Hovey twin cotorsion pairs can be derived from the Auslander-Buchweitz approximation theory.
