Given a bounded domain \(\Omega\subseteq\mathbb{R}^N\) with a \(C^2\)-boundary \(\partial \Omega\), the authors study the following parametric anisotropic singular problem \begin{align*} \begin{cases} -\Delta_{p(z)} u(z)-\Delta_{q(z)}u(z)=\lambda u(z)^{-\eta(z)} +f(z,u(z))&\text{in }\Omega,\\ u>0&\text{in }\Omega,\\ u=0&\text{on }\partial \Omega, \end{cases} \end{align*} where \(\lambda>0\) is a parameter, \(p,q\in C^{0,1}(\overline{\Omega})\) with \(1<p(z), q(z)\) for all \(z\in\overline{\Omega}\) and \(\max_{\overline{\Omega}}q=q_+<p_-=\min_{\overline{\Omega}}p\), \(\eta\in C(\overline{\Omega})\) with \(0<\eta(z)<1\) for all \(z\in \overline{\Omega}\), \(\Delta_{r(z)}\) denotes the \(r(z)\)-Laplacian for \(r\in C^{0,1}(\overline{\Omega})\) with \(1<\min_{\overline{\Omega}}r\) and \(f\colon\Omega\times\mathbb{R}\to\mathbb{R}\) is a Carathéodory function which is \((p_+-1)\)-superlinear with respect to the second argument. Based on variational tools along with truncation as well as comparison techniques, the authors prove existence and multiplicity results which are global with respect to the parameter.
