Let \(\Delta^{(\mathcal{O},\mathfrak{g})}\) be the Laplacian operator defined on \((\mathcal{O},\mathfrak{g})\), an \(n\)-dimensional orientable compact connected Riemannian orbifold, \(Z^{\mathcal{O}}:=\{x\in\mathcal{O}:|{\Gamma}^{\mathcal{O}}(x)|=\displaystyle\max_{y\in\mathcal{O}}|\Gamma^{\mathcal{O}}(y)|=\xi^{\mathcal{O}}\}\) such that \(\Gamma^{\mathcal{O}}(x)\) is the local group of \(x\in\mathcal{O}\), and \(\text{cat}(Z^{\mathcal{O}})\) represents the Lusternik-Schnirelmann category of \(Z^{\mathcal{O}}\). The author assumes that \(\varepsilon\in (0,1)\), \(p\in \left(2,\frac{2n}{n-2}\right)\) with \(n\ge 3\), and states that the following semilinear problem: \[ -\varepsilon^2\Delta^{(\mathcal{O},\mathfrak{g})}u+u=u|u|^{p-2};\quad u>0, \] has at least \(\text{cat}(Z^{\mathcal{O}})+1\) different non-constant weak solutions.
