Let \(q\) be a prime power, \(d>0\) an integer with \(\gcd(d,q-1)=1\) and \(\mathbb{F}\) the finite field of \(q\) elements. The Weil spectrum is the set \(\{W_{\mathbb{F},d}(a): a \in \mathbb{F}^*\}\), where \[W_{\mathbb{F},d}(a)=\sum_{x\in \mathbb{F}}\psi(x^d-ax)\] and \(\psi\) is the canonical additive character of \(\mathbb{F}\). The authors determine the \(k\)-th power moments of the Weil spectrum \[\sum_{a\in \mathbb{F}^*}W_{\mathbb{F},d}(a)^k\] for \(k=3,4,5,6\) under certain restrictions which continues the work of \textit{D. J. Katz} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 143, No. 11, 4623--4632 (2015; Zbl 1378.11100)] and [Radon Ser. Comput. Appl. Math. 23, 109--134 (2019; Zbl 1461.11170)].
